A short casefilm with Multiconsult and KLP Eiendom, about the project Teknostallen.
A former tram depot from 1923 has today been transformed into a vibrant hub in Teknobyen, Trondheim — a place that brings together working life, culture, students, local residents, and passersby.
“Life creates life, so this could be the beginning of something even bigger. What we’ve aimed to do with Teknostallen is to create an inclusive ground floor that’s open throughout the week,” says Lasse Volden, Project Manager at KLP.
For Trondheim, Teknostallen represents more than just a new landmark. It has become a link between the city centre, campus development, and a growing environment for knowledge and innovation in the area — not only physically, but socially and functionally.
